For me, it’s not just about caricatures… There’s a story behind each piece. I have been invited to various events in France for several years now, and one question keeps coming up: "And your book, when is it coming out?" I’m working seriously on it and letting the project mature… I have even incorporated part of this work into my online courses, allowing participants to witness firsthand part of the creative process behind several of these pieces.
Those who follow my Instagram can also discover 30-second videos showing snippets of the process. I took on the challenge of exploring a subject often tackled in the field, like Rock… But what makes it exciting is approaching it with a personal perspective. After all, the process is just as important as the final artwork.
First and foremost, I would like to thank Edith Evrard, director of the Saint-Jean-de-Sixt Tourist Office, especially Edith Evrard, for the invitation to exhibit in this location surrounded by mountains. The history of the Maquis des Glières during the Nazi occupation is particularly interesting and moving.
