"QUI EST KEIR?"- Exposición colectiva en Saint-Just-le-Martel 2025

Video time-lapse: IG Leonardo_Rodriguez_Artist Français Voici un petit résumé de l’exposition collective « Qui est Keir ? » consacrée au Premier ministre britannique, Keir Starmer. Cette exposition rendait hommage au célèbre dessinateur britannique Steve Bell , figure emblématique du dessin de presse politique. J’ai eu l’honneur d’exposer aux côtés d’artistes venus de France, du Royaume-Uni, de Malte, d’Australie, du Nigeria et d’Afrique du Sud, grâce à l’organisation et à la curation d’Olivier Auvray. L’exposition a eu lieu lors du 44e Salon International de la Caricature, du Dessin de Presse et d’Humour à Saint-Just-le-Martel, édition 2025. Moi aussi, je me suis demandé : Qui est Keir ? Et bien sûr, quand on fait une caricature d’un personnage qu’on connaît peu, il faut faire des recherches. ORIGINAL ARTWORK - Caricature and Editorial Illustration

For me, an exhibition is not just a display—it’s a living dialogue. I believe in sharing the story behind each piece, connecting with the audience, and creating a space where art breathes and speaks.

For me, it’s not just about caricatures… There’s a story behind each piece. I have been invited to various events in France for several years now, and one question keeps coming up: "And your book, when is it coming out?" I’m working seriously on it and letting the project mature… I have even incorporated part of this work into my online courses, allowing participants to witness firsthand part of the creative process behind several of these pieces.
Those who follow my Instagram can also discover 30-second videos showing snippets of the process. I took on the challenge of exploring a subject often tackled in the field, like Rock… But what makes it exciting is approaching it with a personal perspective. After all, the process is just as important as the final artwork.
